Whole and fresh ingredients make up this delicious, savory vegan assortment of bite-sized pizza cups, sushi, and spanakopita. Pizza, made with a cauliflower oat crust, and sushi, made with black rice, avocado and veggies, are gluten-free. Spanakopita includes cashews and tofu in a whole wheat phyllo pastry. 
All food must be pre-ordered at least 48 hours prior to your departure date.
